We’re now taking bookings for all types of enquires from powered wheelchair assessments, service or repairs to your powerchair, Please remember and help us all stay safe, reschedule any non-urgent appointments.

The UK government has recently imposed localised lockdown measures in parts of the country, which stipulate that households must not visit other households either in their home or garden.  Whilst we recognise that this is far from ideal, these restrictions do not extend to businesses or local services. If you live in a region which is currently following additional lockdown measures, you may continue to leave your home for essential travel to go shopping etc, and you may also allow tradespeople to come into your home providing they take the appropriate measures.

For your absolute peace of mind, our home visit service also strictly adheres to the following when entering your home:-

•        Sanitising of hands before and after every visit

​​

•        All of our colleagues will be wearing PPE, including masks, gloves and apron

​​

•        The sanitisation of our powered wheelchairs and any other equipment after each                         and every customer visit

​​

•        You will also receive a pre-call before your visit to ensure that you or any members                       of your household are not displaying any symptoms
